Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships, including tracking when it is available.

Shipping rates and destinations

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the items in your cart, and the shipping method you choose. We currently ship within the United States. If we expand shipping destinations, available countries will appear at checkout.

Delivery estimates

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with the carrier.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. You can also reach us at nekabari@lullabyelayers.com if you need help locating a shipment.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us at nekabari@lullabyelayers.com or +1 385-222-4406. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
